These Terms of Use govern access to the Relaxed Living Valet LLC (“RLV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and related applications. They are starter terms and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before final adoption. Property service agreements, statements of work, and community rules may contain additional terms and control where they conflict with these general website terms.

Website and proposal requests

The website provides general information and a way to request a proposal. A submitted request does not create a service contract, guarantee availability, reserve service, or establish final pricing. Service begins only under an authorized written agreement.

Accounts and authorized access

Application users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and use only the role and property access assigned to them. Users may not access another person’s account, interfere with the platform, probe for vulnerabilities, or misuse service, resident, property, or operational information.

Service eligibility and requests

Schedules, service windows, comeback eligibility, purchased credits, optional services, property rules, and availability may vary by property and agreement. Requests are subject to operational eligibility and confirmation. A request shown in the app does not override safety requirements, property policies, or an applicable service agreement.

Payments

Eligible purchases may be processed by Stripe. Displayed prices, packages, taxes, refund treatment, and availability are subject to the checkout terms presented at purchase and any applicable property agreement. Users authorize the selected charge when completing checkout.

Acceptable use

Users must not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content; attempt to disrupt the website or app; reverse engineer protected portions of the service; automate unauthorized access; or use the platform in a way that threatens another person’s privacy or safety.

Intellectual property

RLV’s names, logos, site design, application interfaces, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to RLV and may not be copied, republished, or used to imply endorsement without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, RLV disclaims implied warranties for this informational website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
