This policy explains how Relaxed Living Valet LLC (“RLV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information submitted through our website and used in our resident and property-management platform. This starter policy is provided for operational transparency and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before final adoption.

Information we collect

When someone requests a proposal, we collect the information entered in the form, including name, business email, phone number, company, property name and address, number of units, current provider if supplied, preferred contact method, and the message submitted.

Our application may collect account and authentication information, property and unit associations, role and invite information, service schedules and history, comeback requests, support messages, ratings, vacation holds, service notifications, violations, and operational records needed to provide and administer the service.

Payments

Comeback purchases and other eligible payments may be processed by Stripe. Stripe, not RLV, stores full payment-card information. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, purchased product details, and limited billing information needed to reconcile a purchase.

How we use information

• Respond to proposal requests and business inquiries.
• Provide, support, secure, and improve our services and applications.
• Associate residents and authorized team members with the correct property and role.
• Process and reconcile purchases, requests, service events, and support matters.
• Communicate operational updates and meet legal or contractual obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf, including Vercel for website hosting and analytics, Resend for delivery of proposal inquiries, Supabase for application database and authentication services, Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare for DNS and related network services, and Google Workspace for business email.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain records, and meet legal or contractual requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
